20 quirky animations for Key Stage 3 learners in England and Wales
BBC Bitesize commissioned Hamlett Films to create a series for Key Stage 3 learners on two topics: ‘Revolution’ and ‘Identity’. The animations needed to be engaging, educational and exciting for all learners in the 11-14 age group. Each film was made in English and Welsh.

As the lockdown restrictions prohibited in-person filming, HF had to get creative in production. We embarked on our first animation project, taking the faces of our actors and animating them onto illustrated bodies. The imagination and talent of our director and editors were received with excellent reviews.
