21 months after the tragedy, Grenfell Tower residents and relatives made their way to The Electric Cinema, Portobello Road for a residents’ screening of Grenfell Tower and Social Murder. A question and answer session was held with Steve Tombs, Professor or Criminology and one of the academics from the Open University’s Criminology Course who commissioned the film.
The event was put on by Hamlett Films with support by Digital Cinema Media (DCM) and The Open University to thank the community for their help making the film.
