Realistic drama created for the TUC to teach their union representatives the correct response to difficult situations.
To provide three online training films showing best practices for union representatives when dealing with senior management and representing colleagues in different workplace situations.
To find real and believable characters and actors so trainees would identify with them as colleagues. Limited budget. To develop strong scripts so they would engage with the content.
We employed the writers and developed three studio-based dramas, played out in a stylised set, shot on tracks for greater visual impact. We filmed them all in one day to accommodate budget.
“Hamlett Films are an absolute pleasure to work with and their service is impeccable; Sian’s creative ideas combined with her ability to understand and work with the client and their brief is a dream mix.
Hamlett cast actors and wrote scripts in collaboration with the TUC. They took film making to another level without being over glossy and in danger of alienating membership. The Hamlett team are, without exception, the best crew I’ve ever worked with. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough”.
